1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Broker Wallet ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Broker Wallet provides a private property CRM solution for real estate brokers and professionals, including:

  • Property listing management (offers and requests)
  • Client and contact management
  • Document scanning and PDF generation
  • Quotation creation
  • Map visualization
  • Offline-first data synchronization

3. User Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this App
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Subscription & Payment

  • Free Plan: Limited to 5 items per section (30 total)
  • Broker Plus: Paid subscription with unlimited items
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing and features
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal date
  • Refunds handled on a case-by-case basis
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Broker Wallet are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your uploaded content and data.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
